Dr. Leslie Sherlin, a licensed therapist and Certified Mental
Performance Consultant who works with elite athletes around
the world. He specializes in helping equestrians build the
mental skills that lead to calmer rides, better focus,
and more confident performances.
Each one‑hour session (with Q&A) is packed with practical,
evidence‑based tools you can use right away—
whether you’re managing show‑day nerves or setting goals
that truly support your training. Open to all levels and disciplines,
with discounted pricing for ADA members.

The Tucson Dressage Club Online Schooling Show, hosted on Virtual Horse Sport, is an excellent opportunity for riders to participate—without travel logistics.
