Developing Collection with Dr. Hilary Clayton and Jennifer Truett
Hosted by Dressage Club of New Mexico (DCNM).
This symposium will feature presentations by world-renowned veterinary biomechanics researcher, Dr. Hilary Clayton (see cover article in USDF Connection, July/August 2021). Joining Clayton will be celebrated trainer and USDF FEI B Certified Instructor, Jennifer Truett, to work with a small group of horse-rider pairs on issues of self-carriage.
According to Clayton, Dressage is biomechanics in action. Understanding biomechanics gives you a new perspective on training. Whether you are a professional trainer or amateur rider in any dressage-related discipline, if you are interested in assuring that your horse is as fit and as sound as possible, Developing Collection is a symposium designed for you.
Space is limited for in-person auditors and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A video stream of the event will be presented by NMD for a limited time after the conclusion of the symposium.
